Combining Yoga & Pilates in todays session. “There’s a beautiful flow, from yoga a move to a Pilates move” says Meg Jordan, PhD, RN. You can address all the major muscles by blending these two fitness methods.
Improve your muscle tone, work on specific body areas, and strengthen your balance with only 4 exercises:
- Side Lunge to three legged Moon pose
- Knee to chest, back into warrior 3 pose with your knee bended, continuing to a front lunge
- Alternating warrior II extended side angle pose to one leg heel raise
- Warrior I -backwards lunge, forward kick and into a front lunge
1 minute each exercise for 5 Rounds
